Refund policy

All of our products are made to order. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues, change of mind, or buyer's remorse. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost. Please do not send returns without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns will not be processed.
